第一次入住，因为朋友来，就近入住，可是总体入住感不好，首先，酒店只要过了十二点后就没热水的，第一晚十二点多问了前台，说是在维修，要等水煮热，为了早点休息，只能大冬天洗了冷水澡！！！！第二晚，我们八九点就洗漱好，十二点多一点的时候专门去开淋浴，果然都是冷的！这是什么服务？学生宿舍吗？还深夜断热水！第二天出门前去酒店前台反映这个问题，他们的态度表现出这是一个常见的问题！！还有，空调根本没有制热功能，按了制热，出来的还是冷风，半夜睡觉，两床被子，门窗关紧了还是冷，总之很失望，不会再入住

春节出游，房间价格提涨了，可是我觉得还能多付一点，因为实在是很喜欢这个位置的景观房。半年前住过一直忘不了。所以希望多来，酒店多赚点钱，早日重新装修。
