对于这间酒店，我个人觉得有些对不起五星这个标准。第一入住，我定的是17至19层的超级豪华房，支付的也是超级豪华大床房的房费，在办理入住时前台果断给我降级给了我一个位于15楼的普通大床房，在我质疑房间级别有误时，一个五星级前台很自然的说她看错了，没有任何致歉。虽然只是小事，但是这种工作态度明显不认真，并且不知道多少客人被酒店占了这种小便宜，请大家提高警惕。第二，在第二天退房时我有手信掉在大堂，我打电话请酒店工作人员把手信放到酒店直达高铁站的车上，我在这站等麻烦司机帮我带一下，忘记东西肯定是我的失误，但是一个五星级酒店对于这件事的解决速度也太慢了，我人都坐上高铁直到晚上五点都没有人联系我更别说手信。
