一般般，房间老旧，各种配件都感觉停留在20年前的水平，窗外优美风景都没有，朝南太晒，朝北又是杂乱不堪的市区风景，服务除了前台穿红旗袍的女服务人员还不错，其他没有特别的体验。老板是没给发年终奖吗？对于一个老五星级来说，设施真不敢恭维，冲着有泳池去的，但是感觉住了三星级酒店，早餐用五星级的标准来看也一般般，希望硬件不够的话软件可以多增加，用心服务每一个客户，才可能有回头客。服务细节特别重要，建议管理人员多找些管理机构来培训。反正我是再也不住这个酒店了，有些新的快捷酒店景色服务卫生智能设备都比这个酒店要好多了。
