从未住过服务态度如此之差的酒店！在艺龙上订的房，办理入住手续时并未作出任何说明将我们安排至一个整层都在装修的楼层，那噪音那味道，根本不能住人！跑楼下要求换房，前台态度很拽的说你那是特价房就这样，其他楼层必须加价。那当时办理入住时怎么不告知消费者？！现在说是特价房，艺龙上也未注明是特价房，前台说那是艺龙的问题，和酒店无关。要不是有公事在身，真的想马上12315去投诉了。房间装修陈旧，看起来卫生状况也不是很好，比快捷酒店还不如的垃圾！
