该酒店外表豪华，内在舒适。。。服务人员态度好，肚子痛一个晚上，又是要前台人员拿油又是拿药，都没有一句怨言。。。我也不是第一次来了，以后还会再来的

首先，入住的时候一进酒店热得半死，进房间空调开课几个小时还不冷，因为就2层的酒店西照厉害，卫生间的灯非常暗，Wi-Fi几乎都是没有用的，房间的热水器也非常脏烧的水谁敢喝？开门下楼准备找总台，门口几只小强。睡觉时床头又一只小强。乡下的酒店喝汕头四星的收费一样，却是如此设施和服务，早上的早餐更不必说了，和大街上一两块的一样，稀饭?一人一个馒头，一点咸菜，一个鸡蛋再无其他，最后悔的一次住店经历！空调连盖子都没有
