老牌三星，住在十层，房间设施有点旧但是不影响住。视野好位置好出行方便，停车场超大。旁边吃的很多，福合埕牛肉出门右拐就是。公交或打滴滴到海边和小公园几块钱。总体推荐！

鮀岛宾馆位置很好，很方便，附近有一条步行街，著名的福合埕牛肉丸店就在隔壁，步行去八合里海记牛肉店大概十五分钟，骑自行车去汕头老城区大概十五分钟左右。酒店客房有些年头了，价格不高，该有的都有，服务也好，卫生不错，但没有一次性拖鞋，特地看了评价自己带了拖鞋，住的朝马路的房间，但关上窗户很安静，空调很给力，标间不能加床，空间没那么大，我带了两个十六七岁的孩子，其中一张床可以跟墙壁接触，这样两个孩子一张床就不用担心了。酒店有停车场，住店客人是免费停车的，否则是收费的，价格也不高，大概每次10块钱吧。没有自助早餐，但大堂后门出去就能吃到正宗的广式早茶，价格也实惠，吃得很过瘾，退房时特地又打包了一些在路上当干粮。以上乃个人体验，仅供参考。
