5.6楼娱乐层？服务员就可以随意进去？放在房间里的烟给收拾？7.8楼也同样服务员没经过同意进入房间,前台每次解释都是指服务中心去！一次跟夸张,进来房里一看有个服务员。服务员居然还说房里没贵重物品,怕什么！给你们服务满分！

游泳池没有开放，吃饭吃到一只蟑螂，服务也不够好，周边比较冷清，半夜有人很吵，总统感觉很差，怎么会评上五星，奇怪了。

第一：1个订单4间房1912元，退房开发票时前台态度差说只能开1张发票，说1个订单只能开1张，笑话，难道订4间房要分4次订？预订时也没有任何提示。4个人4间房只能开1张发票？第二：发票问题沟通了很久后面才同意开3张，并且只能开房费1912元中的一部分，有大几百元房费不能开发票，分明是想逃税漏税。第三：酒店查房时不清不楚，硬说有1间房消费了房间里的茶叶，一定要我们付款，但是我们确实没有消费，且房间里也找不到茶叶包装。后因为我们非常赶时间，无奈支付了茶叶款走人，心里非常不爽。以后出差这里绝不对住这家酒店。
