太垃圾了，和朋友开两个房，消费了几千块，我那个房先退两三天，押金就转到我朋友那个房，我朋友退的时候告诉他我那个房间东西损坏要扣押金，为什么退房的时候不通知哪里坏了，都退房两三天了告诉我有损坏东西，还说提前通知过我，我就想知道谁通知过我？谁告诉过我？几十块钱都是小事，这个事情必须解释清楚

卫生环境很一般，配套的免费水是一桶的，看样子和桶装不知道放多久了，像这样子的酒店建议自带洗漱用品，免得得麻烦
