很早十几天前就预定了，酒店方也确认了，就是为了准备公务员考试住一晚。没想到下午坐动车准备入住的时候，打电话过去说客房满了，没有我的预定信息！什么鬼！！那还预定个屁呀！明摆着就是给别人现场住了！不留给我也就算了，也不提前跟我打声招呼，好歹有个准备！这么重要的考试你负担得起吗！一点诚信都没有还经营个毛！艺龙也是得批评，监管不力！！！
