此酒店位于台怀镇外围，内部环境优雅清净，客房内卫生状况很好，院子很大有免费停车场，附近还有五台景区的巴士站，台怀镇巴士每人四块，交通便利，门口几家土菜馆口味也不错，去南台的必经之路。此次入住因为同行的四位人员临时有事，晚上十点紧急赶回西安，两个房间空出来，后来给前台服务人员说明情况，服务人员请示领导后，决定退回一个房间的费用，对比表示感谢。这种事情的处理，即使一分钱不退，客人也说出不什么，但贵酒店能为客人着想，只收取了部分费用，值得称赞。以后会极力推荐朋友入住此酒店。

位置比较方便，在台怀镇中心位置，周边基本也都是宾馆，大概步行2公里左右有一条餐饮街（不过不是很好吃，价格还挺贵），房间整体还算可以，设施一般，只有电视，没有空调，屋内也没有电吹风，卫生间地上有脚印不是很干净……
