订了6房一厅结果去到说没房。搞得我们差点住的地方都没有。我态度是没房就把钱退回给我们。结果要我们自己和携程沟通。携程就说有房。要我们找到酒店。整整折腾了我们一个傍晚。最后还是携程帮我订了别的酒店。还好有朋友在红海湾。不然打架都有份。

来电厂出差，同事都住了二星期，价格实惠，服务好，干净，卫生，热水大，床很舒服，下星期叫同事一起过来度假。也住文华👍👍👍听同事说公司安排的很差。自己找过文华的。。。。推荐

大堂豪华亮丽，前台服务周到。。房间设施齐全，，二个字舒服。。。
红海湾民居太多，选择389文华酒店是对的，我别一个朋友也是在携程定了民居，，半夜跑过来文华酒店再开。。民::居卫生不好，，最重要的是不安全。。
下次也住389文华酒店，，值得推荐

住过性价比最差的酒店，没有之一。
第一，在携程网预付房费后，店家表示没有和携程网合作，还需要现金支付房费。预付费用需要自己跟携程方面电话咨询。
第二，房间有一股酸酸的味道，明显是地毯发出来。第三，房间有点窄。
第四，房间没有插座，只有厕所，和插电视机的插座，就是说手机要充电，要不在厕所，要不不要看电视。
第五，唯一一个窗户不能全打开，也不能锁！财物尽量不要放窗边，因为这家酒店的楼层只有二三楼。
第六，床非常硬并且床单很薄还是有点撕裂那种，但是尺寸还是可以。
第七，冷气不给力，那么小的房间开最低温度最大风要一个多小时才有凉意，夏天来的要注意。
第八，厕所配套：没有吹风机，花洒是烂的。
