几年前刚开业的时候还不错，几年后完全两回事，第一，这次在这家酒店一共定订了四间房，其中820洗手间马桶冲水不行，让服务员过来通厕所，服务态度非常恶劣，打电话去服务台让他们过来通下厕所，服务员好像要杀人一样，很凶的对客户说：马桶如果有丟纸巾就您们自己通，我们不会管。我勒个去，请问是酒店吗？宾馆都不如！8楼硬件设备太差，811/807/809最搞笑是空调不是怎么回事，无论你开多少℃都是一样子，被热晕。值得一提的是807房间的一个电视遥控盖，入住的时候已经发现没有遥控盖，想着住一个晚上，而且是两三点才去睡觉第二天早上又要check-out，所以没有打电话报备，因为不值钱的东西就没在意，没想到第二天退房，还真被昨天凶巴巴的服务员告知前台说找不到电视遥控盖，（电视遥控的盖子）这个我必须澄清一下。一个不值钱的盖子，居然酒店有意图要我们赔同时还想不退押金，我真的火起来，你们硬件设施这么烂，服务员像黑社会一样，还配得起酒店这个称号吗？还想通过一个遥控盖想扣客户的钱！所以要提醒一下所有到这家酒店入住的人事。千万不要上当！花钱也要花得值得，附近不到两公里还开了好几家新酒店！
