服务特别差，卫生也差，以后不会再来预定这家酒店！
在前台登记入住的时候好像欠他钱一样，开始已经是爱搭不搭，莫名其妙！然后我们得知安排的房间比较靠近KTV，问她可不可以换个房间，她说网络预定的不可以更改，什么道理？全程没有好态度，好像应该求着她！
房间里的床品更是各种脏，弥漫着头发很久没有洗和汗味，还有床边那条装饰带都是各种污迹，厕所地上也有不明油油的污迹。我们只是让她们把床品更换一下，并没有要求换掉房间，这样也不肯，说没有预备的床品，真是服了，要多恶心有多恶心！！！就这样我失眠到天亮。。。
