与五星的服务相去甚远！冬天不习惯开暖气，加之开暖气太吵（噪音大），被子是夏天的空调被子，要求加一床被子，却被告知需要加收50元，作为五星酒店，不能为客人所想，如此服务太失水准，以后不再住了
