465元大床房，真***贵，前台2个服务员，像欠了他们钱一样，黑着一副***脸。。*。。。家信利酒店开始做败了，以前不是这样的

酒店环境不错，装修简约时尚，在市中心交通也很方便，整体来说在汕尾这个地方算是比较好的酒店。刚好遇到复活节假期，整个汕尾酒店价格都提升很多，这家也不例外，不过3百多还算是在可以接受的范围之内，而且酒店也基本上满房，很多香港人日本人韩国人来入住。缺点就是空调比较响，而且房间隔音不好，6点多就被那群韩国人吵醒，早餐也非常简单

371的房间里面被子灰尘很多 不知道前台为什么给我们安排了最后一间，整晚都在吵，隔壁的大排档半夜洗碗筷，凌晨4.5点钟又有人在吵，管理早餐的阿姨态度差，我们明明有两张早餐券，我因为睡得晚就没有下去吃，叫我朋友帮我拿上来，那个阿姨既然说不可以带上来，这是什么规定，我们是来这里消费的啊，是有餐券的啊，不是白吃你们的早餐的啊，又不是来你们酒店打工，跟我说什么规定啊，规定应该跟你们自己员工说，不要跟我们说，又不是叫你帮我们送上来，我们自己给券下去拿上来吃还不行啊，这种酒店去一次就行了
