房间设备陈旧。被子有股味道。枕头上还有一下红色的斑点。。。另外，旅馆不提供洗漱用具，也没在elong上注明。房间墙壁的壁纸好多霉菌。脏脏的。再也不会去住。也绝不推荐

酒店服务之类还不错，可以到下午两点退房，还可以寄存行李；不好的地方：只是酒店房间有点旧，没有到三星的标准了..

在此不得不给个不推荐评语。酒店住房还可以，还好空调有暖气。2楼紫罗兰西餐厅服务态度非常差，而且菜品很多都没有，出品差，价格昂贵，已经投诉，酒店告知西餐厅承包出去的，但态度也不能那么恶劣…在韶关最不满意的一餐。西餐厅影响了我对酒店的印象！

挂牌三星，有老三星的底子，服务就不要指望了，酒店配套也已不复昔日三星标准了，江景很漂亮，停车免费，值得这个价
