酒店很漂亮，高大上，占地面积广，温泉是独立的一栋楼，早餐也丰富，房间很漂亮，洗手间马桶是高科技自动的，超赞！旁边的森林公园分为亲水景区、瀑布群还有小黄山景区，都很漂亮，干净，是避暑放松心情的好地方！还会再去

除了马桶其他的敢恭维，温泉应该是锅炉水，每个温泉池都长了青苔，很滑，水脏，有漂浮物。前台的服务员就像欠她钱似的。不知所谓。南岭公园景区门口的女收费员更离谱。我是订房送的门票，她说查到了信息，但要见单子才能进，打电话给导游说在外面等会送过来让服务员接个电话说明一下，那女的就一句：要么见单要么给钱。只好交钱呗！没办法。谁让人家是国营单位。不会再去了。

酒店硬件不错，但服务不是一般的差。房间背景的裸女画像大煞风景。我是家庭入住，带了小孩。前台的女服务员根本就不知道什么叫礼貌？一副尖酸刻薄的表情，说话硬邦邦的。我在网上订的房，她说查到了信息，但要有导游的单子，她说要么见单要么给钱。住了两天，受了一肚子气。以后不会再去了。

房间设施不错，温泉也不错，早餐也还好，
唯一的缺点5个房间有三个房间到阳台的门都关不死，因为在一楼，所以很没安全感
