酒店客房不错，设施很新，早餐一般。吐槽一下酒店的服务：恒温游泳池是凉水，多买了一个泳帽，孩子不肯游，刚付完款就不让退。泳池内工作人员也极不耐烦，且非常没礼貌。游泳体验给人感觉比较差

条件设施都很新很好，大堂气派，入住后送水果点心很暖心，只是停车太尴尬，门卫给放进里边转了一大圈，地下车库入口封闭了（出来时询问说车位满了）地面上挤满了车，无奈转一大圈出去了，保安指示转出去停小区车库，停好车走到酒店很远很绕。没有浴缸套提供，建议改进，早餐还不错。房间设施很好很新很干净，尤其是地毯很新很干净没有异味，推荐入住，建议早点入住也许会有停车位。

环境和服务都配得上五星，只是房间个别设施陈旧，阳台门锁居然装反了，房间内不能上锁，还好住高层否则没有安全感
