酒店环境、设施、卫生应该是不错的，但是服务差评！之前14年已住过一次，本想住第二次，但是因为这次五一丹霞山预报有雨，就希望跟客服打电话沟通取消行程，但客服的电话一直无法打通。而且预定的酒店在买了取消险的情况下都无法取消退款。直接浪费我两天的房费！差评！
结论：
1、携程的取消险是没有任何作用的，建议大家都别买！携程的客服也并不能解决任何问题！如图，有通话记录！
2、本家酒店的客服电话一直无法打通，各位网上预定请谨慎！
