酒店内部装修整体还行，周边环境很糟糕，4星是没有可能的。停车位太少，服务态度太差。管理非常混乱，说好的到达时间有几波人来电话问同一问题，入住了几个小时还有人问是否入住。我们入住了4间房，到目前还没有核实清楚

到店后报艺龙的订单说没有收到。于是对方要我打电话给艺龙，***。将确认信息给对方看，还是没有房。最后死皮赖脸的总算拿了一间没有外锁的房间，还是一间改造的单人房，老大我预定的是豪华大床房。第二天总于给我一间双人房，可是比我预定的价格多了10元。艺龙的预定对方根本就不放在眼里，下次真心不敢再用艺龙顶酒店了。真心差评。
