这是第二次入住锦湖了。发现它的房间应该都一样的，都是很大的浴室。虽然很大，但如果洗澡的话，由于浴室与厕所没有隔断，整个浴室都是水。这点始终让我不满～另外，锦湖在网上预订房间，从来都是没有早餐送的，其实完全可以多样性给客户选择，哪怕设一些贵些的房间，送早餐就是。还有，这次住了三晚，第一天完全没人来打扫，第二天打扫了却很随意，我用过的棉签还在那里，没帮我扔掉～

酒店比较新，房间比较干净，门前面对着龙湖，有一个广场晚上热闹得很，前台服务态度一般，入住时找订单说没有同程，只有途牛和携程，好久才找到订单，订时说有双早的，前台说餐厅装修，没早餐，态度冷淡，停车位没有遮阳，车子就在太阳下曝晒了一天。

标准双人房188元，房间还好有直饮水，但是设施不如商务宾馆和连锁酒店，还说三星级酒店，电脑插板不能用宽带网络，只能用WIFI链接又经常断网，前台说只有豪华双人房208元才可以用，难道交多20元就有湖景房和宽带用，天气又热中央空调开到10度不比开风扇，这酒店真是一点都不到位，这次入住真是太失望！
