酒店服务员素质太差。
当晚进入房间，就见着收费的矿泉水只有一瓶，但第二天早上结账的时候，被告知我们消费了一瓶矿泉水，说是应该有两瓶。我告诉她，本来就只有一瓶。可气的是，在还没有和我们确认的情况下，就在信用卡的预授权费用中强行多刷卡3元（一瓶矿泉水的价格）。因为从预授权费用中扣除是不用我再签字的。更可气的是，我表示没有消费后，等了大约5分钟，问前台服务员的处理结果，却被告知，自己到楼上找房间的服务员。这不是开玩笑吗？！！哪有这样的服务态度。
在这样的情况下，我毫不客气，给她一顿臭骂（活该！）。她见我态度强硬（对这样的人就应该如此），无奈还给我3元现金。
这不是钱的问题，我没有消费，就是没有消费。1分钱你都不能乱收。

整体设施陈旧不堪，地理位置邻近乐昌火车站，隔音效果差，隔壁房间打麻将就吵死了。
