酒店一进去，服务员找不到单，等了半小时，一进去没搞卫生，换了一间房，刚打扫完卫生的，地上还有果皮和头发丝，晚上睡觉时，发现床单上尽是头发，明显床单没换，不说了，再说都是泪。
