1.给的房间不是本楼，是风情客栈，床头的墙空心
2.洗澡时房间竟然只有热水，没有温水，要借本楼房间洗澡
3.借其它房间洗澡，服务员态度不好，各种警告你不要动房间毛巾要自带等
4.早餐大概没有10个品种，去晚了可能没饭，没筷子，餐具是外面集中供应那种餐具
