第一，前台服务不好，好像很多东西都不懂，服务员之间推来推去。给了房费退房时说没给房费，还好留着小票！
第二，房间竟然没有厕纸，房间毛毯非常脏，厕所玻璃没洗干净。
第三，在艺龙订去前台竟然不会弄，还要自己和艺龙端核实，入住第二天酒店和艺龙反馈我未如约入住！
第四，退房时要赶火车，服务员竟然说她下班了等下一个给我办理，而且打的发票看不清楚！
第五，早餐太简单，负责早餐阿姨行为直接手抓馒头吃令人反胃。
