酒店高大上，豪华大气，客房宽敞明亮豪华舒服，服务员态度很好，亲和，友善，耐心地回答问题。酒店的环境好，有个后山可爬，空气清新，可尽情地吸氧离子。

温泉池多并且大，但不知道是否国庆，温泉内并没姜糖水类提供，服务员服务态度也是爱理不理。房间没有浴缸，硬件设施只能说不过不失。胜在酒店是在山里面，空气清新。

环境是我住过的最舒服的酒店，-不仅设施高档，环境优美，而且配套旅游也很给力，有温泉，有山间小路有游乐园，有祈福处，就是凭门卡游玩就限定了游玩的时间。对了，还得提一点，被面好舒服，好喜欢睡在被子里的感觉！

大自然环境很美，在大森林享受自然温泉舒服，入住酒店还包两人早餐，早餐很有特色，味道好极了，还送两人免费无限次泡温泉和50元对金票。开心的一次旅行。

这个酒店实在太棒了👏！我们订了六个房，同程很给力，由于我们订的房型酒店不够，同程帮我们申请了免费升级成温泉房，每个房间都有独立的温泉池，下次有机会还要去，这个酒店虽然有点贵，但是周六有自助晚餐送，除了温泉还能看到不少的景点观赏，早上起来爬爬山，空气特别好！游玩的地方比较多，可以住两天，一天感觉有点赶！酒店设施齐全，有五星级酒店的标准，朋友介绍的没错是韶关最好的温泉酒店！
