实在让人无语，在房间里一直能清晰的听到KTV的声音，一直到凌晨一两点还没结束，让人怎么休息。外面走廊过人说话，声音又很清晰的传进房间，你让住客怎么休息！！！真的要给差评。住酒店就是要干净的房间，安静的休息，可你们这里呢，完全没办法好好休息：

坐落在乐昌最繁华的地段，设施什么的都好，服务就一般，例如房间烟味较大，叫前台处理一下，但是无果。

装修及设施都挺好，应该是乐昌当地最高档的酒店了吧。位于市中心，周围环境一般般，楼下是大超市，感觉较乱杂。停车较方便，早餐是送券，喝早茶时可抵用，这个不太喜欢。
