工作人员服务水平低下，态度恶劣，有事没事搬老板出来，毫无卫生意识，客人要求更换使用一天以上的床单前台还说睡了一天就要换，弄了一点污渍老板叼着根烟进客人房间就说要赔30块，说不出这价格是怎样定的而且顾客也不知道理赔情况，就一直说本来就是要赔的，然后也没跟客人说明就自己走掉了，跑得比老鼠还快，完全不懂得顾客至上，咄咄逼人
