春节回家，一家三口，选择碧桂园凤凰酒店。酒店外观感觉有点旧，前台服务员及其他服务员都很有礼貌，保安见我们行李多还主动推行李车帮忙送到客房。客房还不错，面积大，设备全，有阳台，床铺也挺舒服。美中不足的是淋浴房的水总会流出到洗脸盆前区域，第一晚差的滑倒，后面两晚就有经验了，希望能尽快维修好，以免发生事故。还有一件小事，就是在酒店电梯里有海报说春节期间住宿派红包、送汤圆等，我们从除夕至初三上午住了三晚，都没享受过海报上所说的新春福利，我们不在乎这些，也不会去问前台，只是为酒店信誉着想。做不到的事怎么又在海报上写出来呢？当然这件小事不影响我们对此次酒店整体的好感。谢谢你们的服务，祝生意兴隆，财源广进。
