五星级的酒店只有三星的设备，前台办理入住，没有无烟专用房间，没有婴儿浴盆，没有儿童拖鞋，而且回到的态度是理所当然，这些细节都没有贴心服务究竟如何评定五星，与其他国际连锁酒店真的差别很大，房间竟然没有开空调，生虽然是冬天但是房间封闭 ，连换气也没有，控制板是亮灯，但是毫无空调功能，差评，早餐品种太少，不值

订的江景房，相当棒！夜景好，还不吵。位置好，晚上在酒店楼下的星巴克喝咖啡，很爽。服务也好，停车方便。
不过韶关这个城市真没啥好吃的，也有点儿脏。酒店虽好，住了一天还是撤了。

位置确实比较靠中心，但是不管是酒店设施，卫生情况，还是车库管理，一千多一晚，这里绝对是不配的，相对于同样价格的喜来登和希尔顿，它就太差劲了，而且也是唯一一家泳池不营业的！
