这次入住感受极差，下午进房间后旁边一直在装修，吵了一下午。这个过程向前台要求处理，一直没回复，直接上楼看到项目负责人，还故意和前台扯，也怪不得其他工作人员也如此马虎了。下午就退了房了，没有任何一个工作人员提供任何帮助，前台退房时各个都怕惹事，哎就这样吧
