订的双人房，房间不大，和经济型酒店也差不多，只是里面的装修好一点，卫生间倒是挺大的，19号上午入住时已提了要求，想住高一点和安静点的房间，结果前台不理会，还是给安排了866房，入住后发现旁边的房间白天都有很多人在培训上课，而且上课培训时，他们的房间门都不关的，我无奈之下下午去到前台反映，才给调换到了12楼的房间。上午前台不理会客户的基本需求，这点酒店应加以改进。
