这次入住体验超级好！谢谢客房部的工作人员，依然热情周到。惊喜的是：前台和停车场工作人员的态度有了很大的改进，短短几天实在让我意外。让我感受到，酒店的团队真的是认真做事的一群人，点赞！希望继续保持，带给客人如沐春风般的温暖……

经常住这间，这次11楼住了5天，客房的工作人员服务热情周到，电梯都忙着帮我们按，感谢！但是前台的工作人员反而没热情，个别看到客人进来都不抬头，包括类似穿着是主管的人员，这很让人减分。反复入住看重的就是服务，前台都这样，怎么是好？！还有停车场的个别几个保安大叔超级臭脸，每次入住都能感受到，不是看他年纪大真的想骂人啊，我都记住是哪几个了，真是！希望酒店加强这些方面。整体还是满意.
