不推荐入住这家酒店，理由如下：
1、我是提前十几天在艺龙上预定的，入住前一天手机还收到了确认信息，到了酒店登记的时候居然临时涨价，每间要加100多元，经过艺龙的客服协调酒店才不情愿的勉强同意我们入住。
2、房间电视机、电话机，网线插口都是坏的，电视打不开，前台电话也打不通，无法上网。
3、房间隔音性能极差，晚上12点多了走廊里有人大声喧哗，我们老人孩子都被吵醒，喊服务员提醒下也没人管
总之不推荐入住这家酒店，但是对艺龙客服处理问题的态度和速度提出表扬，还是信任艺龙
