我们一行12大2小，年龄最大76岁，最小7岁。我们9日早上从桂林兴安出发，下午3点多到达酒店。酒店前台服务员热情接待，迅速入住。虽然天气寒冷，还下着小雨，但是房间暖气够力，打开不到五分钟，房间就暖和起来，一整晚暖烘烘，睡得香甜，仿佛就住在家里一样!第二天离店，我们的汽车已驶上高速，老人才发现竟然忘记拿了一个黑色斜挎包，自己也不知道遗失在哪里?我们联系酒店，前台服务员认真对待，反复找寻，查遍房间每一个角落，终于在床垫与床头夹缝中找到。并及时电话告知我们，我们从高速上调转方向回酒店取包，里面的东西一样不少，感叹失而复得，赞美酒店服务员的拾金不昧精神👍选择入住圣地大酒店真是明智之举!再来还会入住这里，暖心，舒心，放心😊

服务很烂，打前台十个电话都没人接听。名义上是圣地酒店，其实是入住另外的酒店，洗漱用品竟然也要钱，以后不会再入住了，被人坑了。

垃圾酒店，服务也是垃圾！洗漱用品要钱，打前台电话打了10个都没有人接听。门口是圣地酒店，其实入住的是另外的一个酒店，实在太骗人了。以后不会再来了。

进房间后一股臭味，逃出去吃饭，回来后更受不了！只能要求换房，换后电视的智能卡有问题，服务员来捣鼓了半天总算搞好了。br淋浴水很难调，不是冷就是烫，第一次遇到这种淋浴器的。br早餐是包给韶山饭店，品种不多但味道还可以。br服务态度很好，提出问题能够及时解决…
