环境一般，设备老旧，进酒店还有一股很重的味道，蚊子特别多。早上起来吃个早餐，还没退房，服务员没经过同意，居然把我房间的被套拆装，直接丢在门口，也不锁门，比周边的民宿还要差好多，极度差评，不建议入住，

1.未到店前打电话咨询酒店位置，订房热线居然连韶山华润希望小镇在哪都不知道，更不要问离酒店多远了。2.我们订的标间，进门换拖鞋，发现只有3拖鞋，打了房客电话没人接，打给前台，过了十分钟，一位睡眼惺忪的阿姨送来一双鞋，穿上后感觉不对，低头一看，两边都是一样的（如图）。3.第二天起床一拉窗帘，窗外是酒店的垃圾堆积池。400元/间的五星级酒店就这样的服务～不过门童很热情，这个点赞
