包吃条款，入住要酒店相关规定交付押金。退房时服务员已认真查过房。没有任何问题的情况下，返现为何不能及时退还？消费者权益在哪里？一切都以酒店自身的利益为主，收钱有人负责，返现却要等到酒店有空时。

当地最好的酒店。设施4星标准，但保养比较差，套房的卫生间里都有霉点。服务和管理实在不行。
预定了4间套房，先是1间套房给错了楼层，发现房间里已经有人入住了，这应该是很重大的问题，但酒店也没有任何歉意。
晚上 另1间套房在使用客卫时，发现台盆漏水，原来落水管根本没有连上。服务员进入连上后，也不主动将地面污水擦干。
