非常失望的一次入住！房间热水调不上去，洗澡冷；早餐品种很少，不是冷的、就是没有了。餐饮衞生很差！盘、碗摸上去都是油腻的，脏！不会再次入住。

1，清明假期亲子出行，民宿可能刚开始运营吧周边环境游客打卡比较多，影响整体入住体验，工作人员也像无头苍蝇手忙脚乱，点个咖啡都还在手工记账，原本説好住酒店的赠送咖啡，我们一家四口办理的是双床房，咖啡却只赠送一杯。
2，管家通过携程平台要取了客户手机号和微信号，説建个管家羣提升服务体验，于是提供了个人讯息，民宿用餐和音乐会都提前预约并付款了费用，但是办理退房手续的时候又再次向家属收取重复餐费和音乐会费用，幸亏回程路上提了一嘴，要不然可能就多损失一笔支出。
3，用餐期间去了一趟厕所，满厕所都是乱丢的纸脏的不行，衞生服务很不及时，需要提醒服务员才会安排打扫，第二天早上我们去湖边凉亭小坐也还是前面一天的垃圾，垃圾桶也是满的，根本没有服务员也没有人处理，要坐都得靠自己收拾。
4，周边环境还是很美，服务太差，体验太差，餐食贵的要命，所有咖啡饮料一律38

这一趟逃离上海计划 真的很物超所值
民宿的服务很好，环境也很好
泡池都是提前放好水温暖的环境很舒服
第二天喝着咖啡跟民宿的管家荔枝聊了聊 又入手了三月份跟女朋友一起过来玩！

环境：占地面积巨大 房间望出去景色超级好 后麪茶田的咖啡屋和秋千那边景色也巨美 前面露营地还有养小牛小羊可以玩

体验.酒店在茶园和樱花林围绕中.建筑内外设计现代简约.环境设施一流，房间还有新鲜水果.早餐中餐味道都不错.是推荐度假休闲好地方。建议个别房间增加穿衣镜.茶园雨后及时整理。

来到心池就发现是一个美丽的地方，管家小徐热情的接待了我们，耐心的带我们去了名宿的各个地方，心池的餐也非常棒，很符合我们的胃口，这里无边泳池也是一绝，夜晚的微风配上泳池的灯光直接氛围感拉满，下次樱花季节我们肯定会二刷的！

Stayed at this homestay for our anniversary yesterday. It seemed we were the only guests there and the staff was really helpful, catered to all our requests efficiently. They added my husband’s WeChat before our arrival and communicated with us about our needs and wants.
The hotel is quite far from the city but it is surrounded by gorgeous tea plantations that were a sight for sore eyes. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle of city life then I definitely recommend this place!! Thank you and see you guys next time.
