位置在绍兴的老的市中心，交通非常便利，卫生和设施都不错，毕竟是国家评定的三星级酒店，还是不错的，房间设施有点陈旧。

房间较小，简直与连锁酒店没什么区别，但价格却是连锁酒店的双倍，服务员不理不睬的，早上8点去早餐却基本没了，难道是绍兴人特别早起？位置不错，可周边步行至景点不少。
