新酒店，房间和餐厅硬件设施很好，服务也不错，早餐很精致好吃，周围是公寓楼群，楼下挨着一个小广场和物美超市，地下有停车场，远处是开发区的工厂厂房，有老板电器、远大等企业，适合到附近开发区企业公干的商务人士。
