让送个东西打了好几遍电话死活不动，前台男生像没听到一样，浪费别人一小时，真绝了，什么破服务 还不如民宿，这就是五钻吗？要不是有雅诗阁会员打死都不住这家。
空调吵的要死，居然还会自己关掉，妈呀现在大冬天，起床之后发现冻得哆嗦一看空调居然自己关了？如果不想让客人开可以直説。
床品一股头味，完全没洗过一样，真是恶心??毛巾也很脏，一大块污渍。外国人太多有跳蚤
毛巾一大块脏污，还有块黄的忘记拍了??跟万豪公寓比真实差远了

房间比较大，出行也非常方便，只车库和其他单位合用，稍微有点迷，下次如果下雨再过来这边办事，还会考虑这家酒店公寓式公寓的。

优点:1.交通便利:公寓酒店离地铁站700M，离绍兴北站约2KM都很近，离柯乔古镇、安昌古镇也很近。2.饭店新设施新，附近有一排商家都很方便。
缺点:早餐可，但中途离开餐厅，回房间拖行李再回餐厅时，有一白衣胖子严厉告知，餐厅只能进来一次，并在我餐桌来回3次，并审视我餐盘食物，好像在抓小偷，令人非常不愉快，只坐2分钟赶紧仅离开，到柜台Check out。
