设施：设备齐全大屏电视，还有小冰箱。还有自助洗衣机烘乾机，非常便捷。
衞生：每天都有阿姨打扫房间，乾净又衞生
服务：服务很周到，前台的小姐姐都很耐心！服务很是周到！
环境：窗前的景色也是很漂亮啦，就在银泰边上很方便，下次来绍兴还要住在这里。

酒店整体环境还算可以。但是安排的房间太糟糕！
?窗帘拉不严实，两边严重漏光，太阳照的整个房间跟白天一样的。一大早就被晒醒，问前台要了透明胶也不管用，根本没法休息
?窗户是在上面的，就像住在监狱！
?深夜入住，厕所里居然还残留着别人大便的臭味
?体验太差！
