硬件设施好，设计时尚配上龙泉青瓷，时尚中不乏传统，房间隔音好。服务很好，大堂两位经理小晴，小朱服务周到热情，还暖暖地送上了夜宵宁波汤圆。早餐丰富环境好，咖啡机特棒，交通停车 方便，酒店对面就是大绿湖公园，环境美。锻炼闲游很好。值得下次再入住，赞一个！

酒店装潢是我喜欢的风格，新装修，落地窗户最开始印象不错的。但晚上没冷水洗澡滚烫滚烫，服务人员只是简单的敷衍一句停水了，没有后续的补救措施，带着小孩一晚上没洗澡，马桶也没水，硬件可以服务完全跟不上只能差评！
