环境非常优美，房间也设计的简约雅致，餐厅服务员态度很好，菜的口感也不错，还有一些绍兴特色菜。唯一遗憾的是，只是这几天连续高温，无法充分感受酒店座落的镜湖湿地之美

临行前，查阅网友对万怡点评，说酒店装修味大，2018年5月入住8楼客房，没闻到什么味道。
服务态度很不错滴，一个电话，马上派员来解决问题。不愧万豪旗下。客房整洁，干净，装修有点北欧风格。个人感觉在新昌县城应该算较好的酒店了。
