柜台接待没有受过训练，竟然连房间的设施用途状况都搞不清楚，VOD点播不出来竟然说因为他们没缴会费所以即使交了点播费也点播不出来的，还怪我点播前为什么不问一问他们柜台！结果上来一个男经理，一弄就可以播了，搞了半天，那两个女柜台是信口开河，胡扯一通！
