如果头一次入住桔子水晶酒店，可能我觉得还能忍受。但我昨天刚从无锡解放南路桔子水晶酒店过来，就显得这家桔子水晶酒店不行了。问题如下：1前台服务规范，但过于程式化。像无锡前台对房间的详细介绍，接包送房（我的行李稍多）就没有了。2，房间音响是关的，进门音乐就没有了。我进门开开音响是没问题的。3房间水盆、马桶下水排水不畅。4房间没有备用枕头。
我个人非常喜欢桔子水晶酒店，真心希望你们的品牌荣誉永葆。
