汉庭的标准化服务太让人安心了！每次住都像回家一样自在。房间里灯光设计很合理，不刺眼又明亮。卫生间干湿分离，沐浴用品品质也在线。前台服务热情周到，退房还能延迟，真的是处处为客人着想，周边吃饭的地方多，必须好评！

作为连锁酒店 卫生和环境没得说 设施也比较完善 我和我女朋友也来过很多次 也是这家店的老顾客 不来二十次也来十二三次 但是今天退房时候体验不是很满意 首先没有告知我超过半个小时就要收取整个小时的费用 这点条款是否合理？在当天客房不是很紧张的情况下 为何我超了半个小时不到就要收取我整个小时的房费 在客房还有半个小时时候就开始打电话催 我在其他地方汉庭也好维也纳也好从来没有遇到过 但是今天在会展中心店却遇到了这种情况 我在会展中心店下单过很多次 之前几次体验都非常好 在我丢东西以后服务员前台也会给予热情回应 但我不知道今天是不是服务员问题 在我快走时候甚至和我说我不能每次都迟退房？难道半个小时就要收整个小时房费就合理吗 并且说我每次都这样 那请拿出我次次迟退房的证据 这样子的阴阳怪气让我十分的不舒服 这点足够能让我认为贵酒店在培训酒店人员时存在纰漏
