服务很差！我在艺龙网上预订的是11点前到店，我跟朋友大概9点到店的，前台告诉我们没有房间了，房间只保留到晚上6点。最后前台说升级房间，并且进行了加价！若房间预约时间不能保留到11点，则应当短信或电话告知！今后不会再住此酒店！
