虽然该酒店距老火车站很近， 但是服务真是不敢恭维。 明明定好了房间，可到那里服务台偏说没有房间，直到再度通过艺龙去协调才给房间。事实说明不是没有房间。
更夸张的是，我们定的房间是含早餐的，由于一早要赶车，没有时间在餐厅用早餐，我们把早餐券交给餐厅后，里面一位中年女服务员拉着脸说不许打包，理由是不知道我们会拿多少东西。其实早餐能有什么呢？他们不就是提供了一些馒头鸡蛋和粥吗？但当时她的态度非常的恶劣。后来反应到服务台，他们跟我们道了歉。
