环境还行，服务不好，缺乏人性化，11点就催促退房，因为行李没收拾好，我说12点半下来，前台果断说不行，超时必须加收费用，我就不明白现在酒店都可以到2点退房，它这儿怎么就不行。入住前在前台看到，一对夫妇因为身份证照片没戴眼镜，服务员要求人家背身份证号码，结果和客人吵了起来
